Our perfumes are part natural and part synthetic. Our fragrance notes are compliant and certified by the International Fragrance Association. The (IFRA). These perfumes are non-toxic and vegan. Fragrance oils have no therapeutic benefits. They contain no UV inhibitors, phthalates nor parraffin, mineral or palm oil.

As with 'ANY' ingredient, there is always a need to be cautious and be aware that 'ALL' ingredients carry risk. The fragrance oils we use are non-toxic and the perfume base is made out of Ethanol and Isopropyl Myristate (IPM). These ingredients may cause skin irritation and a skin patch is recommended for people with known allergies.These perfumes are skin-safe at a rate of 2% or 3%.

Yes, we do have New Zealand suppliers but we do have suppliers located worldwide too. It simply is not possible to operate this business using local suppliers but we do need to have the best ingredients and often they come from overseas.

Yes you can. You may use the add-to-cart button to order as many as you need. However, there may not be enough in stock, so please email us and we will try to accommodate you as soon as possible. There may be a 4 week lead time to fulfill such orders. Please get in touch. 

We are deeply sorry but we do not accept orders on layby. Our system is mostly electronic.

We do not have samples. Our perfumes are only 10ml and supplying samples is mostly inefficient for our system. We can assure you that all of our perfumes are beautiful.

Great question. Yes we do provide boxes for the perfumes. We are a no-frills label, with high standards in the quality of the perfumes we produce and the boxes are included with all the information you may need.

Our mission is to keep costs low, keep the products simple, keep the forumlas consistent, and provide value where it counts. Our perfumes are quite concentrated and can last up to 72 hours. 

As a perfume, that you can purchase at an affordable price and be able to use on a daily basis, we certainly can't be matched on the quality of the perfumes nor their delicate fragrances.

Great question. Shipping costs $7.00 for delivery to urban and rural towns and cities across New Zealand. It can take up to 3 days for your order to arrive.

We accept Visa and Mastercard payments through PAYPAL.

Please contact us by email and we will send the correct item on and also have the perfume in your possession couriered back to us. We will refund the price of the courier. We recommend using NZ Post because of its competitive pricing. Or of course, you may opt for a full refund. That is your option also.

Please get in touch and we can start the refund process. Refunds are processed within 72 hours and are credited back to your original payment method. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to be processed by PAYPAL, Visa or Mastercard. However, the perfume is needed to be couriered back to us. If we are liable for damage the postage is refunded in full, however, if you have changed your mind about the perfume, you are responsible for shipping it back to us without having the courier compensated.

Please email us as soon as possible and we will start a process to replace the damaged perfume. We can either send a replacement or offer you a refund. This is your choice. As part of our commitment to our customers we will also provide the return courier for free meaning you are not out of pocket for something that is not your fault.
