RETURNS AND REFUNDS

WORKER LABEL is committed in delivering the perfumes in tip-top shape. If there is a genuine need to return the perfume and receive a refund, WORKER LABEL will make sure that refund is executed promptly, making the refund process extra easy. We understand that sometimes a refund is necessary, and we will assist you in that matter.

Please email us at info@workerlabel.co.nz for the address to send the perfumes and WORKER LABEL will compensate you for the return courier costs through NZ Post.

In case the perfumes arrive in your mailing box in less than a desirable state, then please also email us at info@workerlabel.co.nz and we can assist you in receiving a replacement perfume as soon as possible.
